Our vision is transformational, breathing life and energy into local communities and placing the UK Dance Sector in the centre of the world stage.

A state of the art dance and leisure facility will give the community it’s located into a distinctive local identity, provide a home for GP and associated services on the same site as the activities that will reduce need for those services, all the while improving health, wellbeing, and strengthening social connections.

This project is an invitation to architectural vision — to create a landmark space where movement, wellbeing, and sustainability converge. It is an opportunity to shape a contemporary centre that celebrates dance while embracing innovative materials, technology, and forward-thinking design.

The Centre will support a broad range of dance styles, from Ballroom and Latin to Contemporary and Ballet, with each studio crafted to meet the highest professional standards. Specialised flooring, immersive sound, and professional lighting will create an environment where dancers can train, perform, and evolve.

Beyond the studios, welcoming communal spaces and essential facilities will foster connection, creativity, and recovery. This is a place designed not only for excellence, but for inspiration — a centre where architecture, art, and human movement come together to shape the future of dance.
